YGC series and YGD series rod hydraulic cylinders are hydraulic cylinders developed to replace Parker and Rexroth brand cylinders. YGC series is a differential cylinder. YGD series is a constant speed cylinder. It has light weight, simple structure, reliable operation, easy installation and easy maintenance. It has various installation features, such as IS06020/2 (1991) and DIN24554. The maximum working pressure is 7MPa, 14MPa, 21MPa. All seals are imported with Parker and MERKER seals. And floating buffer sleeve to ensure the concentricity of the annular flow gap, good cushioning performance, can reduce internal and external impact and noise, Yancheng hydraulic cylinder life. YGC and YGD series hydraulic cylinders are ideally equipped with anti-high pressure type inductive proximity switches at the extreme end positions. The device is compact, easy to install and adjust, eliminating the cumbersome steps of designing and installing limit switches on the moving mechanism, providing design and installation adjustments. Great convenience. In the YGC series hydraulic cylinder (rod diameter ≥36), the built-in displacement sensor can be configured to accurately stop according to the needs of industrial and mining. Under the coordination of electronic control and hydraulic control system, high-speed and accurate industrial automatic control can be realized. The displacement sensor works by the principle of magnetostriction. When the magnetic field of the moving magnet and the magnetic field generated by the current pulse of the waveguide inside the sensor, the banana generates a continuous strain pulse one after another, thereby sensing the movement position of the piston ( Or speed of movement).
