Self-operated pressure regulating valve
Using the energy of the medium to be adjusted as the power source to introduce the position of the actuator to control the spool and without external energy, ZZY series self-operated pressure regulating valve change the pressure difference and flow at both ends to stabilize the pressure before the valve (or after the valve). Therefore, it has the advantages of sensitive action, good sealing performance and small fluctuation of pressure set point. It is widely used in the automatic control of gas, liquid and vapor medium Decompression stabilization or pressure stabilization for pressure relief.
This series of products has three structures: single seat (ZZYP), sleeve (ZZYM) and double seat (ZZYN); the actuator has two types: diaphragm type and piston type; function types include pressure regulation after pressure relief valve (type B) and pressure regulation before pressure relief valve (type K). The nominal pressure rating of the product is PN16, 40, 64; the valve body diameter range is DN20~300; the leakage level has II grade, IV grade and VI grade; the flow characteristic is quick opening; the pressure section is adjusted from 15~ 2500Kpa. Can be combined as needed to meet user requirements.
Self-operated pressure regulating valve does not need external energy, and can work in an electric-free and gas-free place, which is convenient and energy-saving. The pressure subsection range is fine and cross each other, and the adjustment precision is high. Pressure setting values can be set continuously during operation. The ratio of pre-valve pressure to post-valve pressure can be 10:1~10:8 for pressure regulation after the valve. Rubber diaphragm type detection is adopted, and the actuator has high measurement accuracy and sensitive action. The pressure balancing mechanism is adopted to make the control valve sensitive and precise.

Pressure Regulation Range Regulation
The range of pressure regulation is divided into sections. See the table of main parameters and performance indicators. The control pressure should be as close as possible to the middle value of the range of pressure regulation.
The relationship between the front pressure of the valve and the back pressure of the valve
Self-operated control valve itself is a control system, and the valve itself has certain pressure drop requirements, for the back pressure control valve (type B). In order to ensure that the pressure behind the valve is within a certain range, the pressure before the valve must reach a certain value. The requirements can be referred to in the table below.
Determination of the Operation Mode of the Whole Machine
The self-operated regulating valve (K-type) is a regulating valve for controlling the pressure in front of the valve. Its initial position of the spool is in the closed position. When the pressure in front of the valve increases gradually, the valve opens gradually until the pressure in front of the valve is stable at the required given value.
Self-operated pressure regulator (B-type) is a regulator to control the pressure behind the valve. Its initial position of the spool is in the open position. When the pressure behind the valve increases gradually, the valve closes gradually until the pressure behind the valve is stable at the required given value.
